We have had a room become available in our house starting 1st July for the 2024-2025 academic year
You would be living with 2 females (both 22) and 2 males (both 19) all studying medicine going into second year
Must be a student!
It is a 5 bedroom fully furnished house with 2 bathrooms and a garden
It is £146 pw (bills and wi-fi included)
The house is just off Portswood high street so really close to shops/gyms and Highfield campus (walking distance) as well as bus routes (to get to SGH, city centre, train station etc)
It has a washing machine and dryer, lots of storage and very modern
(I don't currently have any pictures only videos, I have uploaded one to give you an idea of the room but if interested I can send the rest to you or arrange a viewing)
