The room is a bright, furnished double with wood flooring and has an adjecent closest. The house has a fully furnished living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom.

The house is a 10 minute cycle from University of Southampton Highfield campus, 10 minute cycle from the city centre and 15 minute cycle from UoS Waterfront campus. 5 minute walk from Riverside Park and St Denys train station.

The house also has a separate office (shared), a recently extended garden with secure outdoor storage in the adjacent garage. Free onroad parking. Very accommodating landlady. Council tax band B.
