Highfield: 1 Double Bed In A 6-Bed House-Share

Hi, I am looking for a female tenant between 20-25 to replace me in a 6 bedroom house share near the University of Southampton. We are split four boys, and two girls (including me) and most of us have lived together for over two years now. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to move back to my parents house so I need to fill my room. I have a furnished room to myself, that includes a double bed, lots of cupboard space, desk and chair etc. My housemates are incredible people, who I will miss so much. We have all graduated from the Uni of Southampton with engineering / computer science degrees, with two of us staying on to do masters / phDs, and the rest of us have full-time jobs around the Southampton area. I am looking for someone who is a student, or has recently graduated, that enjoys similar interests to them (gym, techy stuff, cooking, adventures, travelling...). We have a massive garden, with a shed to store things in if you have a bike. We have a shared kitchen and lounge, where you will be able to have your own shelves & fridge & freezer space.
Kitchen comes with a hob, oven, two fridges and freezers, dishwasher, and washing machine. We also own kettles, toasters, microwaves, panini machines, rice cookers, coffee makers and many more!!
There is parking for up to four cars on the drive, with a little bit of manoeuvring, or free parking for two hours between 8-6 (it's free before and after these times, and also on weekends).
We share two bathrooms between us all, but we are all very tidy individuals so I have never had a problem with mess or any wait times!
The bus stop is less than a 2 min walk away. Sainsburys is a 7 min walk. Highfield campus is 3mins.
I paid £123 for contents insurance, which protects my deposit, so you'd need to refund me this please if you'd like it to apply to your belongings! We are council band D and pay roughly £100 for bills each.
