Spacious Room in 5 Bed House in Portswood

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to move out of my house as no longer studying at university. I am looking for someone to take over my contract. It's a beautiful house on Osborne Road North near Portswood High Street. Less than 5 5-minute walk to Big Portswood Sainsburys and about a 15-minute walk to the Southampton University Highfield campus. The other housemates are 4 boy engineering students, they all are clean, organised and easy to get along with. The house has two bathrooms, one upstairs with a bathtub and shower and one bathroom downstairs. I have a large, spacious room that is fully furnished.
