Double room available in spacious, quiet 2 bedroom

Available as my current flat mate has bought a house.

I’m a clean, tidy and easy-going primary school teacher. I enjoy baking, long walks, sea swims and day trips to National Trust properties and the occasional cocktail / pub trip. 😊

I like to cook and enjoy socializing with friends, but I also value having my own space and a peaceful home environment. I'm friendly and chatty get but also respect everyone's need for privacy.

Open to professionals or Masters / PHD students.

Great location - walking distance to Portswood and the Common with many local bus routes and free parking along the road. There's also 1 parking space per flat at the back of the building. I have a car so this would be shared if you drive 🚗

Very large living / dining room and separate small kitchen. Washing machine and white goods included. 1 bathroom shared between the 2 flatmates.

Small balcony for plants and chilling with a drink 🌞

I occasionally have friends to stay but always discuss with my flat mate in advance and vice versa.

Bills are shared between the 2 flat mates (council tax, gas, electric, internet, water , TV licence = £175 / month approx)

We have a garage so there's plenty of storage available!

The room is unfurnished but the current flat mate would be open to leaving a few bits behind or can take all furniture with her.

Likewise if you have furniture you'd like to bring with you please do!
