THE ROOM
The room is unfurnished. The room is located on the 1st floor and is available now. The photos show items in the room - this is now clear!

THE HOUSE
The house is located near St Denys Railway Station. It is a cosy two bedroom house with a garden, large bathroom, and shared sitting room and dining area. There is gas central heating and gas hob cooker, with electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer. You'd be living with me, the owner. I'm at a career change and need to supplement the mortgage through this period.
I'm a relaxed guy but like to keep a tidy house. I'll put up photos ASAP.

THE LOCATION
The location is ideal if you need access to central Portswood or even the City Centre. A bike ride to the University Campus as well as Solent University. In terms of eateries, it is conveniently located for both Mango Thai Restaurant, Smokey Pizza and a number of other bars and food places are just a stone throw away on Portswood Road.

The property is located around the corner from Thomas Lewis Way which provides convenient access to M3 and M27 motorways. It's also a short commute to Southampton City Centre and Eastleigh. Aldi and Sainsbury's Supermarket are just a walk away.

IS THERE PARKING?
There is no onsite parking available. However, you can park on the roads - there is no parking permits in the area.

WHAT ABOUT PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
The house is literally at St Deny's Station where you can catch a train to Winchester, Basingstoke, London, and Portsmouth etc. There is also wider selection of buses available on Portswood Road where you can travel to Eastleigh or the City Centre.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Most of the bills are included - aside the council tax which will have to worked out. You simply make one payment each month. There is wifi broadband (Toob)
