Hey! My housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to move into a double ensuite room in a lovely 2-bed flat in SO17. The room can be furnished or unfurnished – the current housemate is happy to sell the furniture if you're interested.

The flat is modern, recently refurbished, and has great lighting throughout. There’s a shared garden, a large shared garage with the neighbouring flats for extra storage, a separate family bathroom, washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

Rent is £675/month (bills not included). There’s free on-street parking, and a space in the private car park may become available too.

It’s in a great location – close to shops, public transport, the uni, and easy access to the city centre and parks.
