Room for Sublet over Summer 2025

Hi, I am subletting my room in a 6 bedroom house over summer in portswood. I would like it to start from the beginning of July (~5th) to the end of August (~31st) - however, these dates are up for debate. Many of the other housemates will be gone during this time, so it will likely be just you.

The price per month is £390pp with unlimited bills (reduced by ~£100). The house is a 20 minute walk from campus, 7 min walk from sains and 7 mins to Bevois valley (Aldi/hobbit).

The bedroom has a double bed, a sink, lots of shelving, a desk, large floor space and lots of drawers. The house will also be deep cleaned before move-in.

The house has three floors, two bathrooms and a separate living room and kitchen. It comes with a washing/drying machine, dish- washer, two fridges and a microwave.
