St Denys double room

Double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers in shared house near River Itchen and Riverside Park. There is a yoga studio and a shared living room. There is a large kitchen and conservatory. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs. the bathroom has a bath and shower and is mostly for the use of the tenant.
I am a pescatarian and don't cook meat.
There is on street parking outside.
My preference is for a PHD or masters student or a professional working person who goes out to work
I work part time and do some yoga teaching at the house.
