Large Double Bedroom In Shared Flat - Near Uni

There’s one large room with double bed walking distance from the Southampton Uni. I am currently looking for someone to take over my contract that is valid until end June 2026 as unexpected circumstances have led me to go back to my home country. Room ideally for a student however a working professional should be fine as well. PLEASE get in touch for viewings. 7 months minimum (from november) and there is room for extension. If you would like to move in later that as also an option though the minimum time would then decrease. (Ideally looking for it taken over between nov2025-jan2026. if you can move in anytime between then that would be perfect. Room comes with large closet, chest of draws and large desk. Also option to buy my tv of me and extras if you’re interested as well. (can also answer any questions/send more pics privately if need be).
