Housemate needed-£555 per month bills included

Hi my name is Ella. I'm moving out of my accommodation because I unfortunately won't be continuing my course at Southampton University. I'm looking for someone to fill my position at Harefield Road. I live with 4 other girls who are in their second year and will be looking for another girl to fill my position. Everyone is friendly, clean and great people to live with. The contract for the house finishes in June 2026. The place is fully furnished. There are two toilets, one bathroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living room that overlooks the garden. We have a very large garden with a table and chairs, as well as an apple tree! We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is only a 15-minute walk away from Highfield campus, has many bus stops nearby, and is a 15-minute walk away from Sainsbury's. The bills are all included with the rent, which is £555 a month. I'm looking for someone to take over my contact from the 24th of November or earlier if that's more convenient but I'm willing to wait until December, but no later if that works best, so please feel free to contact me with any questions, and to book a viewing :)
