Double on suite room with garden and living room 🌿

Unfortunately my current house mate is moving out 😢

I am looking for someone to rent out my double on suite room.
The house has a spacious living room, open plan kitchen and dining room and a garden
🪴🫜👩🏽‍🌾 also has a tumble dryer, dish washer and ninja air fryer 🥷

The location is very close to the Southampton common and st denies train station. Town is only a 25 minute walk which makes I very convenient! There is on the road parking

I am looking for someone who I will get on well with, I’m 26 , i like hiking and travelling but also like a drink or two on the weekend. I normally keep myself to myself but would be good to have a coffee or tea together once in a while ☺️

I work remotely 4 days a week is another thing to note so I will be home a lot during the day in the week, however im away a lot of the weekends meaning you will have the house to yourself 😁

I also plan to potentially do some travelling later in the year so you could potentially have the house to yourself for that period also
