• Three double rooms available from the beginning of July (possible earlier move in) for Postgraduate Southampton University students (Masters/PhD) in the perfect Postgraduate house and will consider all mature hard working students
• Very calm, quiet, and respectful house on Sirdar Road so please only message if this is what you desire and please include details about yourself and the intended duration of your stay
• £525/month (£121/week)
• Communal cleaning (kitchen/lounge/halls/bathrooms) included and all products supplied/delivered and also included in the rent for complete tenant convenience and comfort (toilet rolls, cleaning products, bin bags, sponges, soaps, detergents, dishwasher tablets, light bulbs)
• Deposit in advance when contracts signed (one month’s rent) and always returned in full
• Genuine 2 minute average response time in person for repairs/issues (7 days a week 24 hours a day) and as an engineer everything is always working properly and fixed immediately
• Currently one female and four male Postgraduate students all very friendly and get on really well
• Private landlord with over 25 years experience (previously an Engineering student at Southampton University)
• Two tall fridges and one tall freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, hoover
• Spare appliances in storage for immediate same day swap for total convenience
• All plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc included with no inventory required
• Two good sized personal kitchen storage spaces per person
• Plenty of room storage in each bedroom and all fully furnished including large desk and comfortable office chair with arm rests
• Secure under house lockable storage for bikes and large items and happy to help with bike repairs
• Bills are managed for tenant convenience and calculated every three months (£65/month approximately – gas/electricity/water/internet/TV licence)
• Ultra high speed reliable fibre internet connection (900Mb)
• Efficient well maintained heating and on demand hot water so always hot powerful showers
• Bathroom on each floor (one with bath/shower and one with shower)
• No damp or mould anywhere
• 5-10 minute walk to main campus
• 10-15 minute walk to shops and supermarkets
• Very large peaceful garden next to woodland and wildlife with gardening included in the rent

• Very safe and quiet road day and night (Sirdar Road SO17) as this is not a route for students to and from pubs/clubs
