• Deposit in advance when contracts signed (one month’s rent) and always returned in full
• Genuine 2 minute average response time in person for repairs/issues (7 days a week 24 hours a day) and as an engineer everything is always working properly and fixed immediately
• Currently from September one female and two male Postgraduate students all very friendly and get on really well
• Private landlord with over 25 years experience (previously an Engineering student at Southampton University)
