I am looking for someone to let the single room in this apartment. It is a lovely flat, with a decent sized kitchen, a large living room and spacious bathroom. It is a first floor flat, so no security worries that you might have with being on the ground floor. I am a student at the University of Southampton and ideally am looking for another student to live with, whether you are an undergraduate or a postgraduate. Whilst the rent is £350/month, this is negotiable as I have the larger room.
