Short-Term/Mon-Fri Room in Portswood/Highfield

We have a light, airey double room in a well kept 3 bedroom home in Portswood/Highfield available immediately. We are ideally looking to let the room Mon-Fri but would also consider a short-term let (£550 pcm).
The room is available from 1st Sept 14 until 31st Jan 15.

Use of shared bathroom (although the bedroom does have its own sink), kitchen/dining room, living room and garden. Broadband, Sky tv, dishwasher, washing machine and bike storage available for use. Linen provided if required. Permits are required for street parking.

The neighbourhood is quiet but we are within close walking distance of local amenities (inc. Sainsburys), the university and a 10min walk to St Denys train station. Easy access to the M27, airport and Southampton city centre.

We do share the house with 2 cats who love attention and enjoy making new friends - be warned! We are a professional couple who work hard. We are looking for someone considerate and tidy who would be happy to treat the house as their home during their stay.
