Single bedroom in a 2 bed student flat

I am moving out of my current flat on Portswood Road and my house mate is looking for somebody to move in ASAP, the room is available short term or for the upcoming academic year.

This advert is for a fully furnished single bedroom in a two bed flat. You will be sharing with my Korean house mate who is a student at the University, fluent in English and very friendly. The bedroom itself is quite large with plenty of storage space and a window overlooking the front door.

There is one off-road parking space allocated to the flat.

The flat has a communal lounge, spacious kitchen (including a washing machine) and shared bathroom with a shower, cleaning responsibilities will be shared between you and the resident house mate. Located on Portswood Road, the main Southampton University campus is a 10 minute walk away, Swaythling train station and Portswood Sainsburys are also nearby as well as all the amenities of Portswood High Street.

The flat is owned by a private landlord so there are no admin fees or security deposit. Rent is paid on the first of each month, a total of £315 which does not include bills. If you decide to move in before or after the 1st there will instead be a pro rata charge of £10 per day.
