Clean modern Mon to Fri room close to University

Small single room available in a house 7-10 minutes walk from University of Southampton. 5-10 minutes walk to Sainsburys and local shops on Portswood high street.

The cost of the room is £330 per month (all bills included except £20 per month council tax). If you stay just 4 nights per week, cost is £200 per month.
You would have almost exclusive use of a bathroom with shower and toilet (we have another one). It is not actually en suite, but is next door to your room. WiFi of course.
There is one child aged 7, and 1 cat.
The room has a high sleeper/loft bed, a clothing rail, shelves for storage, a shoe storage unit and a large desk.

We wouldn't be able to accommodate a smoker I'm afraid, and you wouldn't be able to have girlfriends/boyfriends/friends staying over.

We are a friendly pair looking for someone respectful and quiet.
