Double bedroom available immediately

This cosy double bedroom is furnished with a bed, drawers, a wardrobe and a desk and faces the backyard, so it is very quiet. There is a bathroom right next to it, with a bathtub. A large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a large reception room are shared by the house mates.
The house community currently consists of 5 second year students (2 girls, 3 boys)- all very friendly and easy to get along with, but also have a good work ethic.

Great shopping facilities are easily accessible, including a large Sainsbury's. St Deny’s Railway Station is literally down the road and both the city centre and the university are a 15 minute walk away. There are also plenty of buses. If you like the outdoors, a picturesque river and park is located 10 minutes away.
