Cost: £260 / month (very cheap for the condition and size of the house) Two references + £300 deposit required.

Bills: usually add up to ~£35-40 / month per person (for Water + Electricity + Gas + Internet)

Council tax: £58 if you're a professional. Students don't pay, of course.

House is huge, has:
