The house comes with an upstairs and downstairs toilet, 2 showers, tumble-dryer, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc. There is a lounge/conservatory at the back of the house with sliding doors and a 2-tiered garden beyond that perfect for BBQs in the summer. Bikes can also be secured in the rear garden if required.
Moving in will require 1 month's rent + deposit
(Deposit = 1 month's rent)
Bills = £30-40 per month
