This a new student house a few minutes walk from Southampton University and Portswood with very good facilities for students (particularly for a group of friends). The house is regularly decorated and has 3 bath / shower rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and 2 fridge freezers. There is a spacious living area overlooking the garden with a wide-screen TV and DVD. Excellent broadband, with the TV and Internet fees paid by the Landlord. Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair provided. There are currently no rooms available for the next academic year (2024-25), but there will be rooms available for the 2025-26 academic year. This house would be very suitable for a group of friends. Reduced rent may apply for July and August. As the house is very modern the utility bills are relatively small. There is a purpose built bicycle shed which can accommodate 3 bicycles.
