Furnished single room at Portswood, Southampton.

Hi!

I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to fill a vacant room in the area near Portswood, Southampton.

The house is located in Belmont Road, with good transport links, as it's close to St. Denys station and close to Portswood High Street, so it's very easy to move around and out of Southampton. There's also a Sainsbury's and a GP within 5 minutes walk. Furthermore, if you are a student, one of Southampton universities is just 25 minutes away, making it great for undergrads, PhD students or postdocs.

The flat is in a really good condition, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room to share as well. The rug is almost new and the kitchen has many useful appliances (dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge and oven). The house has Gas Central Heating, making it really comfortable during winter.

The room is completely furnished, with a bed, a desk with a small shelf, a large wardrobe with a mirror and the bed itself, with its sheets, so there's no need for an initial investment.

I'm looking for someone responsible to share the flat. Ideally it would be a PhD student or a postdoc, but I'm more than willing to share with any professional looking for a place to stay. I am, myself, a secondary teacher and the only thing I ask is for some peace from Monday to Friday, hence the requirements.
