Nice room close to Highfield Campus

Hello :)
We got a free room in Southampton on Portswood Road near Highfield Campus and now we are looking for one more person to move in with us.
The one-year contract would start on the 1st of october.

About ourselves:
We are a group of professionals and students all around 20 to 25 years old. We are quite international as we are British and German :)! There will also be two medium sized, active and friendly dogs. We are social and open people and we hope to find someone who is also interested in wine & cheese nights or cooking together. Going to a bar together would also be great but we are not a party house so we do not like to have parties at the place :)
Additionally, it would be perfect to find a very clean person even though we got a maid to clean the common areas :)

About yourself:
You are a respectful, tidy and social person? Working or studying? Looking for a long-term place to rent? Familiar with dogs? Then we are very happy to hear from you!

The house:
The house is near Highfield Campus on Portswood Road. A bus stop is close by. It is freshly painted and fully furnished. There will also be a washing machine and a dryer. The bonus is the big garden of the house where we could hang out together. The house also got two bathrooms and one extra toilet. The rooms are having a double bed but only one person sleeps in each room :)
