The detailed address: 16 Highfield Crescent, Southampton. This location is quite convenient for students. 3 min walking to Highfield campus, 5 min walking to Avenue Campus, 3 min walking to Portswood high-street, 1 min walking to U1 but station.

This is a 5-bedroom house. All rooms have wardrobe, desk&chair, book shelves, chest and drawers.
There is also comfortable sized furnished lounge, large kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and fridge freezer.
There are two shower equipped bathroom, and a large garden.

Currently four male tenants lived in. Students are preferred for new tenants. Male or female. Pets can be discussed, the tenant should ensure the clean and health. Smokers and couples are not accepted.

rent is different for rooms, 70-75 per person per week, paid every season. Deposit 304 per person. No agent fees. Only long contract available (ends at the middle of Sep 2017). Bills are not included in the rent, all the tenants share the bills.
