The location is ideal if you need access to central Portswood or even the City Centre. A short walk or bike ride to the University Campus and within close reach of local restaurants on Portswood Road.
Its located around the corner from Thomas Lewis Way which provides convenient for access to M3 and M27 motorways. Its also a short commute to Southampton City Centre and Eastleigh. Sainsburys supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk.

There is a wider selection of buses available in Portswood which is a short walk.
