I am offering a ensuite double room near southampton university. The room is available from the beginning of august, but the date is flexible.

The house is a two bedroom flat, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with a lovely balcony and fully equipped kitchen.
Furthermore, the house has its own garage and the building has a shared parking that tenants can use.

Everything has been kept clean and tidy: it has been my home, not just an house for my last 2.5 years in Southampton.
I am leaving it because I am moving elsewhere for work.
