The house is a spacious 6 bedroom house with 2 showers, a bath and 3 toilets, garage, large garden and spare room all for the tenants to use. Fridge, drawer and cupboard space in the kitchen is also available.
All the other 5 tenants are friendly and inclusive, but will also respect your own space.

The room comes with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, bed and bedside table for free from the landlord. I bought a full length mirror, shelving unit, desk, chair and another set of drawers from ikea when I moved in and these are available to be sold already in the room if you wish.

The house is located a 10-15minute walk from Highfield campus and a 5minute walk to Sainsburys.

Looking for a student or someone who doesn't mind living with students of any nationality who can move in as soon as possible before Semester 2.
