Single Room in Quiet Area of St Denys

The room available in this clean and tidy house has lots of natural light and comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe and lots of shelving. There is a large desk in the room but this can be exchanged for a smaller desk at no cost to you.. you just have to decide if you want more work space or more floor space!

The other rooms are a lounge with wood burning stove, a kitchen/dining room and bathroom. There is also a medium sized garden and a large garage for storing extra stuff.

Rent includes council tax, internet and TV licence. Your security deposit will be kept by the landlord in a government approved tenancy deposit scheme.

I’m a friendly and courteous individual who works as a nurse and likes to be sociable but also appreciates a person’s need for peace and privacy.
