3 bed terraced house in Poulner in the New Forest. Footpaths and cycle routes on the doorstep. Room is clean and freshly painted. It has a small double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
I would consider part week ie mon-fri . Bills included with smart meter up-to a limit to discuss . Wifi and Netflicks . I have a dog and cat both friendly . I also have a dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer . Combi boiler so always hot water and electric shower . Garage/ loft for some storage if required . Outdoor space with fire pit chairs and tables .
This is single let to a professional working adult, would prefer non smoker . No smoking in house or garden .

*** I have a short term let at the moment and a new kitchen with new flooring going down so room will be free in a month or so - beg April .
