The lodger will have access to their own private deck area and can use the garden. Small indoor pets would be considered by agreement.

We are a busy, professional family and looking for a quiet and respectful lodger who is happy to live amongst a family lifestyle. The annex building is completely separate from the house, but we use the garden and drive at all times. Working from home is permitted.

There is 1 space for off-road parking on the drive.

All bills including broadband are included. Our house is situated approximately 1 mile from Ringwood town centre, with transport links to Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton.

This tenancy is available from 18th Dec on a 1 YEAR licence agreement, NOT a short hold tenancy agreement. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
