Close to A3 and A27 access and short drive to Waterlooville town centre. Good access to QA hospital. Convenience store within walking distance. A timid cat lives with us and has not been allowed in the bedroom. Use of all shared areas including living room, dining room, conservatory, utility room, kitchen/breakfast room and garden. Large bathroom is directly opposite the bedroom and will be just for your use. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Bills and broadband included. TV point in the room. Looking for clean, tidy and respectful professional who would appreciate staying in a nice family home. We keep ourselves as low risk as we can with Covid precautions and would appreciate someone like minded. We are friendly but will also respect your privacy.
