Two small but light and airy rooms

Hi, I have two small but light and airy rooms at the top of my house, a small bedroom with a large single bed and a small sitting room with a fridge microwave, kettle TV. You would also have use of the main kitchen. The bathroom is on the floor below but you would have almost exclusive use of it. I am a live in landlady, I’m a retired teacher and a potter. If you are interested please let me know and I will send pics. Rent would be £600pcm payable in advance and I would need two references and a two week deposit. The references would need to be one from your present employer and one from a previous landlord. The rooms have just been re carpeted, my last tenant was with me for nearly two years and only left because he was transferred to Leeds. It’s a quiet and secure house in a quiet area.
I am in PO75. There is plenty of on road parking and it’s a five minute walk to a bus route into Portsmouth and to QA.
