Ground floor (but not designed for someone with a disability so ring for more details as may not be suitable everyone) double glazed, centrally heated double bedroom, furnished with beautiful Mexican hardwood furniture, double or single bed, (will be getting new bed and mattress) bedside table, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. quality mattress. Sole use of luxury lockable bathroom. opposite but not en suite. Free Wi Fi BT unlimited (fast fibre connected to actual house, which is unusual for rural setting), TV point etc. Use of farmhouse kitchen, all newish appliances, washing machine, large American style fridge, dinning table and chairs etc. Plenty of private off road parking for all residents (security cctv and floodlights). All bills included. (except TV license) All rooms lockable. Smoking only allowed outside the house but not near the farm buildings. . New covered smokers gazebo with ash tray, smokers are expected to respect others and not leave butts on the floor. Sorry no storage or charging inside of property of electric bikes or scooters. Cleaner comes in regularly to keep communal areas up to scratch and hoover room carpets. Beautiful rural setting, set in the National South Downs Country Park. Would suit quiet, clean individual who does not play loud music (unless using personal headphones) and is respectful to others and will not leave their washing up in the sink etc.! Friendly live in landlady (member of the National Landlords Association) who also shares the kitchen, works long hours, so can take time to answer phone, texts and emails. The farm is set in 21 acres and is split into separate dwellings, so no close neighbours. Recommended by previous lodgers who have even moved back when coming back to the area.
Our idyllic village (situated approximately half way between Guildford and Portsmouth) has no public transport through the village but is close to fast road and rail networks for commuters. Please note, despite our GU postcode we are not actually in Guildford but are between Liphook and Petersfield. So check our postcode GU33 7JJ to see if we are in the right area for you.
