Flat available for rent

We have a one and half bedroom flat available to rent on our property, in a beautiful spot in a quiet village, surrounded by countryside.
The flat has a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath and large sitting room. The second bedroom could be used as a single bedroom, office or wardrobe. The flat sits above our garage and is lovely and light. We live in a separate house on the property.
The flat is currently used for storage and has a little bit of furniture but we would be happy to put a bed, sofa and wardrobe into it depending on how you’d like it set up. The rooms have curtains. I haven’t included photos for now as we have stuff stored but the floor plan should give you a sense of the space.
We are a family of five, with three children at school during the term time.
The tenant would need to be comfortable with children being in the vicinity but never inside.
The price includes bills.
