The town centre is less than a 5 minute walk away, the train station less than 10 minutes and parking spaces with easy access to all the main roads to Southampton, Winchester, etc.

The flat is fully furnished, the available room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinets and a sofa bed. The monthly rent does not include bills and they will be split 50/50. High speed Virgin broadband and multi room TV package.

I’m a 50 year old male in full time employment. I work long hours, including weekends, and would expect a potential flat mate to respect that.
