Available bedroom is 4x4mtrs looking out on to back garden.
It has loads of storage, inc a built-in wardrobe and separate cabinet.

The smaller room next to the bedroom is included and can be used as your own private office or lounge.

Shared kitchen (fridge freezer/washing machine/microwave)
+ Shared living room (there's no TV but happy for someone to bring one).
Bathroom has a bath and power shower.

The garage can be used as storage.
A parking space is available right outside the front on the private road.

The house is managed by a local estate agent and credit/reference checks etc will have to be passed with them.
