I'm looking for respectful lodger/lodgers to rent a double bedroom in my central and fully furnished two-bedroom flat.

Price is fully inclusive of electricity, service charge and council tax.

I own the property and keep the second bedroom, although I'll often be staying with my partner, so you'll have the place to yourself much of the time.

The flat is fully furnished and includes:

Double/King bedroom
Comfortable living room
Fully equipped kitchen
Bathroom with shower and bath
Washing machine and dish washer

Suitable for a single professional or a couple.

Parking: There is no allocated parking space, but parking is free outside normal working hours (8:30am–4:00pm).
