The room comes furnished with single sized bed with storage drawers, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and shelving unit. There is also space for a desk if required. The house has super fast wifi, virgin TV, netflix and a newly fitted bathroom and kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. There is free off road parking to the rear of the property and the garden has a large shed which can be used for storage. Romsey town centre is within walking distance, as is the train station and the main bus routes.
