The room is a large double room and is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, dressing table and a wardrobe.
There is no Tv in the room but I am happy for you to bring your own as the connection is there.

You will have shared use of the bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and all bills and wifi are included.

I have a cleaner visit once every Friday

This is a very large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with downstairs WC town house and you would live on the top floor and share the bathroom with my current lodger who is very friendly and tidy. We are both professionals and work full time. My current lodger will be leaving in August 2016 and I am not sure if I will advertise their room.

Once this room has been taken I will not be renting the 4th bedroom.

The house is in a quiet area and there is ample parking, garden and large green out front.

Due to the size of the house we are not on top of each other.

I am looking for a professional, friendly and tidy person.

I would be willing to take 7 days a week, Mon-Fri or short term lets.

You would have your own fridge/ freezer space and cupboards in the kitchen. The kitchen is a good size so plenty of workspace.
