Double room available in Romsey

Hello, we have a single or a double room available in Riverside Gardens, Romsey. We are a couple, both professional. We have two cats and a dog that are all well behaved. The house is very well situated from local shops and pubs. It’s a 10min walk from the train station and a five min walk from the bus station and taxi rank. Parking here is on the road and free! There is no Ensuite but a bathroom with a shower bath. The property has a nice garden ideal for BBQ’s in the summer. On moving in two month’s rent up front, one of which will be held as a deposit.
