Double Room to rent in Large 3 bedroom house

Looking for a tidy, clean, professional person to rent my spare room, the room is a double, comes unfurnished but with mirrored built in wardrobes.(average size double room)
(can come furnished as have single bed in my other spare room)
the person can also rent the second spare room for extra a month if desired.
Shared use of all other rooms. (large living room/dining area, and small garden.
We have had serious problems with previous lodgers, so for that reason, if you are not in work, or are not clean and tidy, please do not enquire. We are two very laid back, hard working people so would be good to find someone alike.
we have 2 very friendly dogs, (just VERY hyper and excitable, so must be comfortable around dogs. If you want more info or would like to come and view the room then feel welcome to send a message, current lodger will be moving out the last day of March , but room can still be viewed before this date!
