This is a large 4 bedroom townhouse and you will be on the top floor with my current lodger and share a bathroom. I have my own ensuite.

The kitchen is of a very good size and you will have your own cupboard space and your own fridge freezer. Due to the size of the house we are not on top of each other.

All bills are included and there is ample parking space

Bus stop is a 5 min walk and train station is 15 - 20 minutes walk

I require 1 months deposit, 1 months rent in advance and a reference. Household is very friendly and relaxed. I am looking for a professional/respectful and tidy person.
