Mother and son (12) looking for a friendly female professional (or student) to share our house. We have a cat. He's lovely.
The area is quiet but very handy. We have local shops around us with a post office just over the road. We are on the bus route to Southampton. (10-15 minutes driving), 15 minute walk into the centre of Romsey.
There’s stirage space in the loft if needed for boxes and plenty of storage in the bedroom as well as a tv point. We have WiFi.
We’re Bilingual (English/Spanish). I run a catering business and teach Spanish from home.
We don’t have to fill the room right away and would far rather wait for the right person. I will consider short term lets and reduce the rent for weeknight stay only. Open to possibilities.
