We are looking to rent out a small double room in our end of terrace in Woodley.

General house info:

- The house is surrounded by a green/recreation area with no road front or rear (read: nice and quiet!)

- New kitchen with separate utility room.

- Spacious living room downstairs

- Large garden with patio area.

- 200mb broadband

- No issues with smokers, just not in the house

Bedroom Features:

- Fully furnished

- Double bed

- Wardrobe

- Side table

- Blackout blind

In the house already we have: Alex and Gary Both really friendly, respectful, and generally a great bunch of housemates.

During the week we normally take it easy and hang out in the living room/garden, and at the weekends go out for drinks or do something a bit more active!
