En-Suite double room in private estate

Double, en-suite room available furnished or unfurnished. House is in a small private estate, within walking distance to train station, direct line into London and Portsmouth. Sharing with another professional who works long hours in London, every second week I work the night shift over 4 days. You can have full use of the kitchen and living room. Living room has a wood burner for colder months. There is a wc downstairs and a laundry room. I am looking to share with another professional. There is a summerhouse that can be used if you work remotely.
