Looking for the space and comfort of a full house without the crowded feel of a typical house share? I am renting out one large double bedroom in my beautiful 4-bedroom home.
While this is a 4-bedroom property, only one room is being let out, meaning the successful applicant (or couple) will largely have the communal areas—including the kitchen, living room, and garden—to themselves.

Your Space: A large, fully furnished double bedroom with ensuite.


BILLS NOT INCLUDED BUT FREE OFF ROAD PARKING!!!!
My Space: I am the owner and will be living elsewhere, but I am keeping one bedroom for my own occasional use.

Privacy & Communication: I value your privacy. On the rare occasions I need to stay over or visit the property, I will always provide plenty of advance notice. You won’t have a permanent live-in landlord, but you’ll have a well-maintained home.
The Rest of the House: The other two bedrooms will remain unoccupied/used for storage, meaning no other random roommates!
