Situated in Rowland's Castle, and within walking distance of the train station, with direct services to Portsmouth, Guildford and London. Only 1. 5 miles to A3(M). The village has a nice village green with 3 pubs, good local shops, petrol station, Harvester and a great Indian restaurant.

You will be sharing with myself and my son who is at university as well as 2 lovely kittens.
