The room is in a quiet residential area, so calmness is guaranteed. Parking available at the door of the property and the neighborhood is friendly.
Inside the property is very bright as every room has a big window. The kitchen it's been renovated recently and all appliances are new.
The bills that are not included are only electricity and gas, and this will be shared between the tenants, making the amount to pay a small one, I'm happy to show previous months bills, so you know what to expect every month.
The room will be as it is in the pictures, fully furnished, clean and ready to use.
