My name is Mike Dear and I am looking for either single or double occupancy for the room as my circumstances have recently changed.

(the room is both very light and clean and hopefully to your liking)

One room is currently taken by my son and his girlfriend which works out very well!

The rent is £475 or will be £525 for a couple.

I am easy to get on with unless it seems i am married to you!!
